We are a premium video and content studio expanding into performance-driven social marketing . Our work focuses on helping medical, dental, and med spa practices turn high-quality short-form video into measurable business results , including consultations and qualified leads.
We combine strong creative execution with a growing emphasis on data, strategy, and performance optimization .
We are looking for a performance-minded Social + Data Marketing Specialist who can transform short-form video content into real lead generation outcomes —not just views or engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of social media, analytics, and strategy , and who enjoys collaborating with creative teams to guide what content gets produced and why.
This is a part-time, flexible role with the potential to grow as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
Own a social media management and analytics platform (e.g., Sprout Social or similar):
Scheduling
Tagging
Reporting
Performance insights
Run a weekly performance optimization loop :
Translate social performance data into clear, actionable insights
Write and optimize:
Conduct light competitor and market research to identify:
Build and refine content strategies aligned to the patient journey :
Partner with creatives by providing data-driven guidance on:
Must-Have Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience turning social content into leads
Strong understanding of social performance analytics
Hands-on experience with tools like Sprout Social, GoHighLevel, or similar
Ability to convert data into strategic recommendations
Experience with medical, dental, med spa, or local service-based marketing (strong plus)
Comfortable working in a lean, startup-style environment
Nice to Have
Experience contributing to or leading client strategy discussions
Strong creative instincts for short-form video performance
Familiarity with North American healthcare marketing standards
Work Structure
