Working directly with the CEO, your mission is not to build software products, but to build operational systems. You will design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered environments that eliminate manual work, connect platforms, and generate measurable business value.
The 90-Day Builder-in-Residence Engagement
This role begins as a 90-day paid engagement designed to evaluate mutual fit through real-world execution.
Path to Long-Term Partnership: We are looking for long-term builders, not temporary help. For candidates who successfully complete the 90-day residency and demonstrate exceptional performance, the engagement will convert into one of the following flexible, high-growth tracks:
- Full-Time Role
- Long-Term Contractor
- Fractional Leader

We are not looking for 10 years of experience or a perfect résumé. We are looking for builders.
We want people who enjoy solving problems and naturally experiment with technology. For this role, your background matters much less than your execution:

What You Will Work On & Tech Stack
You will build AI agents, intelligent workflows, and cross-platform integrations applied to specialized operations (e.g., Credentialing/Enrollment automation, Billing support, Recruiting systems, and Internal knowledge management).
- Technical Expectations: Programming is just a tool; problem-solving is the objective. System building is the mission. You do not need a computer science degree, but you should feel comfortable learning and working with AI Models, Agents, APIs, and Webhooks.
- Preferred Technologies: Experience with tools like OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, n8n, Make, Zapier, LangGraph, Airtable, Python, or RAG Systems is helpful. We value your learning speed, creativity, and execution far more than specific tool expertise.
Mandatory Application Challenge
The first thing we review is not your résumé. It is what you have built and what you believe you can build.
- Part 1 — Show Us What You Built: Present the most creative or impactful system, automation, or AI workflow you have personally designed. Explain the problem, the tech used, the role of AI, and the measurable impact it created.
- Part 2 — MedVision Strategy: If you joined our team, what specific process would you automate or connect during your first 90 days? How would you measure its success?
- Part 3 — Execution Roadmap: Outline an honest estimate of what you could realistically deliver in 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days.
