Purpose
We are looking for a AdOps Jr Analyst that becomes the operational backbone of the paid media team — a shared resource across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic channels that keeps the day-to-day running smoothly. Your mission will be to work directly with channel leads and specialists, coordinate with the external agency, and handle the administrative and logistics layer that keeps campaigns moving across multiple markets and channels.
In this role, you’ll
- Track and distribute creative materials between the internal team and the external agency across all active channels.
- Manage billing and invoicing coordination: follow up on invoices, payment lines, and expense tracking.
- Compile and distribute weekly and monthly performance reports based on templates defined by the leads.
- Maintain organized records of campaign assets, budgets, and operational logs across markets and channels.
- Follow up on open tasks between internal stakeholders and the agency, escalating blockers as needed.
- Support channel specialists with ad ops tasks: UTM management, creative uploads, and naming convention enforcement across platforms.
What we look for in an exceptional candidate
- Internship or 1+ years in digital marketing operations, media buying support, or a related field.
- Familiarity with at least one paid media platform (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar) at a basic operational level.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting.
Bonus points if you also have
- Intermediate-advanced Portuguese and/or English language skills.
- Experience working with external agencies or media partners.
- Exposure to UTM tagging, tracking links, or basic attribution tools.
