This role oversees and drives the strategy for delivery excellence across the entire portfolio of clients within the Argentina operation, ensuring alignment with the Delivery Director's overall regional goals. This role manages a significant portfolio of client engagements, being directly accountable for high-level risk mitigation, overall operational health.
10+ years of experience in Engineering, with 2+ years managing other managers.
Strong, demonstrated knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is essential.
Proven experience in designing and reviewing complex software architectures (e.g., Microservices, Serverless, Event-Driven Architecture) in highly available and scalable environments.
Expert mastery of at least one modern programming stack (e.g., Node.js/TypeScript, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring) and experience with Cloud Native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Solid experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaaC with Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation, orchestration with Kubernetes/Docker).
Ability to perform and guide in-depth code reviews and establish standards for code quality, observability (monitoring, logging, tracing), and unit/integration testing.
Advanced knowledge of database systems (relational and NoSQL, e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and schema design for high performance.
Excellent english communication skills
Solid proficiency in working with data, analysis, and data visualization, particularly using tools like Google Sheets.
Experience dealing with KPIS: eSAT, cSAT, Revenue, Headcount, Bench
Provides executive-level leadership, mentorship, and direct coaching to a team of Managers, ensuring their continuous professional development and capability to lead their respective functional teams (Software Engineers, Product Designers, Delivery Managers, Product Managers, Test Engineers).
Effectively uses touchpoints (reviews, weekly 1:1s, coaching, feedback) to evolve the skill set of their team, and delivers performance-related feedback within a discipline, to peers, and upward with grace and clarity.
