Job Description – Social Media Manager / Brand Promoter
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required, with the ability to confidently engage and create content for US based audience.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Growth Strategy
- Help shape the brand voice, positioning, and social media identity while developing creative strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
Content Strategy & Execution
- Create and manage content calendars, short-form content, campaigns, captions, and storytelling-focused content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Track engagement, audience growth, campaign performance, and influencer effectiveness while continuously optimizing content, targeting, and paid campaign strategies.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, internet culture, and emerging social media opportunities.
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors while coordinating campaigns and exploring new collaboration opportunities.
Product & Startup Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership and product teams to market AI-driven platform features, contribute ideas for launches and growth initiatives, and take ownership of marketing efforts in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in brand promotion, social media, content marketing, digital growth, influencer marketing, or brand strategy.
- Exceptional candidates with strong portfolios or proven growth results are encouraged to apply even with limited experience.
- Strong understanding of short-form content, audience engagement, viral content mechanics, and modern social media trends.
- Experience creating and managing content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, or X.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, social media analytics, performance tracking, and paid social campaigns.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, creativity, and execution skills with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience growing social media accounts organically.
- Basic graphic design or video editing knowledge.
- Interest in cars, technology, AI products, or consumer internet startups.
- Understanding of North American digital audiences, consumer behavior, and social media trends, or prior experience creating content for North American markets, is a strong plus.
