We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager, Data & AI who will also serve as a Principal Service Delivery Manager for Business and Sustain Analytics , leading complex analytics-driven programs and ensuring end-to-end service delivery excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing Data & AI initiatives, managing transitions, ensuring operational performance, and driving continuous improvement across analytics services.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, experience managing teams of 7 or more direct reports , and possess intermediate to advanced English proficiency to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders.
What you'll do:
- Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery for Data & AI and Business Analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Oversee service delivery operations , ensuring quality, performance, and continuous improvement across sustain analytics services.
- Drive transition activities , including knowledge transfer, onboarding, and stabilization of new services.
- Manage and mentor a team of 7+ professionals , promoting a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Act as the primary stakeholder interface , providing executive updates, risk management strategies, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, governance frameworks, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor program financials, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and optimization leveraging Data & AI capabilities.
Who you are:
- Manage a team responsible for package software application development .
- Coordinate project execution and allocate resources efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior management to define departmental goals and strategies .
- Ensure the timely delivery of software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Oversee quality control processes and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and departments .
- Proactively identify and address project risks, issues, and dependencies .
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically 7+ years of relevant industry experience , including at least 3 years in a similar leadership role within software engineering or project management.
- Proven experience managing software development projects and service delivery operations .
- Demonstrated experience leading teams of 7 or more direct reports .
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies .
- Strong knowledge of package applications and enterprise systems .
- Experience in Business Analytics, Sustain Analytics, and Transition Management .
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Master’s, MBA).
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, cloud certifications, or advanced technical credentials .
