Join us for a 1-year paid internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges. Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun
Responsibilities:
Support the design, development, and execution of IT projects focused on process automation and technology solutions to improve business operations. Contribute to the full project lifecycle, including planning, implementation, and optimization.
Collaborate with internal users, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, align expectations, and ensure effective communication throughout project execution.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and business impact of implemented solutions, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Assist in the execution of internal communication and change management plans to drive adoption of new technologies and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Education and Skills Required:
We are seeking students within one year of graduation in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields who demonstrate strong technical and analytical capabilities.
Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with the Django framework for building and maintaining backend applications and APIs.
Experience working with APIs and automation techniques, including web scraping and process automation, to connect and streamline systems.
Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and version control platforms like GitHub for collaborative development and deployment.
Ability to query databases using SQL, analyze datasets, and develop impactful dashboards using visualization tools such as Power BI.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript for frontend interaction or scripting purposes.
