We are seeking a hands-on Technical Team Lead with strong Agile delivery and project management skills to lead a team responsible for transforming a monolithic web application into a modern microservices-based architecture.
This is a hybrid role that combines Senior Full Stack Engineering with Scrum Master responsibilities — ideal for a leader who can guide modernization efforts while mentoring team members and contributing high-quality code.
The team’s mission is to evolve a legacy platform into a scalable, cloud-ready enterprise SaaS application for the higher education sector. You will play a key role in breaking down complex, tightly coupled systems and enabling a modular, maintainable future.
- Champion Agile methodologies and lead Scrum ceremonies to ensure iterative, high-quality delivery.

Track and communicate team velocity, cycle time, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.

Coordinate cross-team dependencies and manage delivery risks.

Collaborate with Architects, Tech Leads, and Engineering Managers to align technical strategy and execution.

Partner with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Lead incident response and troubleshoot complex issues across legacy and modern systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

8+ years of professional software development experience.

2+ years of experience leading Agile development teams, including Scrum Master responsibilities.
