Fill the openings requested by Sales, providing clients with high-performance IT talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract IT candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche platforms).
- Conduct screening interviews and technical pre-assessments.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end process).
- Coordinate with IT leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Negotiate salary offers and close candidates.
- Follow up with new hires during their first 3 months.
- Maintain strong talent pipelines for future openings.
- Stay up to date with tech trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- 3+ years recruiting IT profiles (Developers, DevOps, SREs, Architects, QA, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, social recruiting).
- Solid understanding of technical roles and IT environments.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, IT, or related field.
- Experience recruiting for the U.S. market is a strong plus.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
