We are seeking for a new talent to join the Client Group team where you will have the opportunity to develop client relationships and opportunities. The clients are Financial Services companies in Argentina.
As part of the Client Group, you will be responsible for advising clients by bringing together expertise and thought leadership to shape solutions and solve critical business needs for a portfolio of accounts or a single large account. You will bring together the right teams to drive profitable sales growth, expand services and offerings delivered, ensure profitable delivery, and influence the client's strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
Be responsible for project delivery and manage healthy financial performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Engineering degree or graduate in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
5–10 years of experience within Financial Services companies or consulting firms serving the Financial Services industry, aligned with one or more of the following:
Expert proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management is required.
Expert-level proficiency in Account Management is preferred.
Participation in client proposals.
Business relationship management and business development.
Consulting experience in topics related to the position.
Knowledge of Murex is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
