T he purpose
Principal Responsibilities:
· Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
· Identifying, evaluating, and resolving HSE issues during all phases of the Project.
· Coordination with Construction engineers in different disciplines during the Construction phase for their tasks related to HSE activities.
· Ensuring that the Project HSE procedures are established, maintained and implemented by the contractors.
· Scheduling and conducting Project internal HSE audits on Contractors activities.
· Issuing Audit Reports, monitoring and administering the closure of actions.
· Review/Approve Project HSE plan and HSE Control Procedures.
· Ensure Contractor’s HSE personnel are appropriately qualified.
· Participating in reviewing the Project Execution Plan and ensuring that it addresses the applicable HSE requirements to fulfill the overall Project requirements.
· Ensure the auditing of HSE system of vendors and sub-vendors
· Highlight on a weekly basis and where necessary on daily basis, the Project HSE management system issues that need to be addressed by Project Management.
· Ensure the investigation of HSE incidents and communicate the findings accordingly.
· Provide regular feedback to Project management and key stakeholders, including lessons learned.
· Monitor the performance of Contractors and Subcontractors with respect to HSE.
What you will bring
R equirements:
· Minimum experience : 10 years in HSE management roles
· Availability to work on a roster (14x14 – Salta Province)
· high level of written and spoken English
