Remitee, rapidly expanding fintech company specializing in international payments is seeking a HR Operations & AI Transformation Specialist.
You'll lead the transformation of HR Operations into an agent-supported model: automated workflows, agents handling repetitive tasks end-to-end, and humans focused on what genuinely requires judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map HR Ops processes (payroll inputs, onboarding, offboarding, reporting) and define what gets automated, what gets agentized, and what stays human.
- Build and configure agents that operate tasks end-to-end with minimal manual intervention.
- Own the HRIS as the single source of truth and build people metrics dashboards.
- Structure and maintain the knowledge base that powers HR agents (policies, benefits, procedures).
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in operations, business analysis, or a technical role. HR exposure is a plus, not a requirement.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier) and/or AI platforms (GPT API, Claude API, LangChain).
- Comfortable with data: advanced Excel or basic SQL, and at least one BI tool.
- Able to read and understand basic code (Python or JS) — not a developer, but enough to know what an agent is doing.
- Advanced English proficiency.
