The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a key role in driving data-driven decision making across the organization through the development of reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical products. - Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.

- Drive reporting standardization, automation, and self-service analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven decision making.
- Support data governance, quality assurance, and change management practices.
- Monitor and maintain reporting environments, dashboards, and data models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Partner with IT, Data Services, and business teams to support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Communicate project status, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Utilize data storytelling techniques to effectively present analytical findings and influence business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
- Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and presenting findings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting environments.
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts and best practices.
- Understanding of reporting governance, quality assurance, and data management principles.
- Experience implementing reporting automation and self-service analytics solutions.
- Project management experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
- Familiarity with data storytelling and executive-level presentations.
- Insurance, financial services, or related industry experience.
