The Financial Transformation Analyst will support a strategic, multi-country initiative to migrate Finance operations and reporting processes from legacy systems to Oracle Global Finance Systems across Latin America.
In this role, you will combine your knowledge of Accounting and Finance processes with hands-on experience in enterprise resource planning system implementations, financial system migrations, or Finance transformation programs . You will serve as a functional link between Finance business users , Information Technology teams , and global transformation stakeholders , helping translate business requirements into effective system and process solutions.
You will contribute directly to data cleanup , validation , reconciliation , testing , issue investigation , and migration readiness activities . Your work will help protect data integrity and business continuity while improving Finance processes, controls, reporting, and data quality across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru .

Support the regional migration of Finance operations and reporting processes from legacy systems to Oracle Global Finance Systems.
Perform financial data cleanup, validation, mapping, and reconciliation activities to support migration readiness and data integrity.
Participate in user acceptance testing, defect investigation, root cause analysis, issue resolution, and post-implementation support.
Partner with Finance business users to understand accounting processes, identify requirements, document process gaps, and translate business needs into system solutions.
Serve as a liaison among country Finance teams, Information Technology, and global transformation stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Support the standardization of Finance processes, reporting practices, controls, and data structures across Latin America.
Monitor migration risks and implementation milestones while helping maintain business continuity across Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Reporting, and other Finance functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance Operations, Financial Systems, or Finance Transformation.
Hands-on participation in at least one enterprise resource planning implementation, financial system migration, rollout, or Finance transformation initiative.
Experience performing at least two migration-related activities, such as data cleanup, data validation, financial reconciliations, process mapping, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, defect management, or root cause analysis.
Working knowledge of accounting and financial processes, such as General Ledger, Record to Report, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Tax, Financial Reporting, intercompany accounting, or month-end close.
Experience collaborating with both Finance and Information Technology stakeholders.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, including the ability to participate in meetings, explain financial or system issues, and collaborate with global teams.
Experience with Oracle Financials, Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Global Finance Systems, SAP Finance, or a comparable enterprise resource planning platform.
Previous experience supporting regional or multi-country system implementations.
Experience working with large financial datasets and complex reconciliations.
Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, Alteryx, or similar data analysis tools.
Experience in a multinational company, shared services environment, or the insurance industry.
Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach and the ability to investigate issues independently in an evolving project environment.
What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
General office demands. This position follows a hybrid work model, with office attendance expected approximately once per week and additional flexibility based on project requirements. Occasional meetings with global stakeholders will be conducted in English.
