What you’ll do:

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear system requirements.

Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, discovery workshops, and user story refinement sessions.

Create epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
-
Support solution design leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud capabilities.
-
Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams throughout design, build, testing, and deployment.

Own functional workstreams end-to-end, ensuring requirements traceability and successful delivery.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and defect triage.

Support SIT/UAT activities and help define business scenarios and test cases.

Identify risks, dependencies, and requirement gaps, driving alignment and resolution across stakeholders.

Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis assets and processes.

Develop expertise in healthcare and life sciences processes; Patient Services experience is a plus, but not required.

Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, discovery workshops, and user story refinement sessions.

Mentor junior team members as responsibilities grow.
What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS or related field with academic excellence.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in delivering small/medium-scale technology solutions.
-
Salesforce implementation experience.
-
Patient services experience.
-
Healthcare domain experience is a plus
-
Ability to lead project teams, drive end-to-end activities, meet milestones, and provide mentorship/guidance for team growth.

Experience with big data concepts, data management, data analytics and cloud platforms.

Proficiency in programming languages like Python.
