We are looking for a Senior Sales Support Engineer with a deep background in cloud infrastructure management, automation, scripting and SRE practices to join our team in Bangalore.
You will partner closely with Solution Engineers, Product Specialists and Solution Architects to provision, maintain and optimize robust infrastructure for high-stakes Proof of Concepts (POCs), Workshops and global Product Demos.
Beyond infrastructure management, you will drive automation—creating efficient deployments, optimizing cloud spend (FinOps) and utilizing GenAI tools to maximize team productivity.
This is a high-impact role where your expertise in Cloud infrastructure, DevOps and Data engineering will directly contribute to accelerating sales cycles and help close strategic deals by ensuring our technical demonstrations are reliable, secure and impressive.
You will report to the Manager, Sales Support Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Required Experience and Skills
Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, Data Engineering—ideally supporting technical sales, presales or customer-facing environments
Education: B.Tech / B.E or equivalent technical degree
Cloud & IaC Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
Containerization & CI/CD: Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes and setting up secure CI/CD automation pipelines
Scripting & OS: Strong scripting skills (Python and Shell) alongside advanced administration of Linux (RedHat/Ubuntu) and Windows environments
Data & AI Tools: Familiarity with modern Data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Relational DBs), Data Engineering tools (Kafka, Spark, Airflow, Glue) and exposure to AI productivity tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, LLMs) to optimize daily workflows.
Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications
Knowledge of Informatica products (IDMC cloud services or traditional on-premises solutions like PowerCenter, IDQ or MDM)
