Como Project Lead, reportando al Project Head , será responsable de desarrollar, coordinar y supervisar proyectos especiales de ingeniería para áreas productivas y no productivas en el SITE con el fin de lograr los objetivos que la compañía se propone según las decisiones en inversiones que contribuyen al negocio, manteniendo los estándares corporativos.
Principales responsabilidades:
Gestionar proyectos de inversión (CAPEX) a partir de lineamientos establecidos, encontrando la manera más eficaz de invertir los recursos de la Compañía.
Consensuar con el cliente interno, tiempos, lugares de intervención, para instalaciones, y alinear expectativas de las soluciones entregadas
Programar y coordinar las tareas para la realización de los diferentes proyectos, teniendo como premisas la seguridad, calidad del trabajo, plazos y costos, siempre alineado a las normas internas de EHS, Calidad, GMP y estándares corporativos.
Gestionar los recursos de mano de obra de cada contratista que se asigna a cada proyecto.
Verificar el correcto desarrollo y fin de las obras en tiempo y forma y asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las normativas.
Redacción de pliegos o URS para actualizaciones de sistema de control de diferentes equipamientos
Apoyar la implementación de la Políticas de EHS, calidad e ingeniería alineadas con los estándares globales.
Gestionar y analizar los indicadores del área tomando las medidas correctivas para alcanzar los objetivos definidos en el año.
Identificar áreas de mejora en los procesos y proyectos.
¿Por qué TÚ?
Tus calificaciones requeridas:
Formación: Graduados de Licenciatura Organización Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Electromecánica, o Industrial con alta formación técnica y/o carreras similares.
+3 años de experiencia previa en posiciones similares realizando la gestión de proyectos en ingeniería.
Inglés: Nivel Intermedio.
Paquete Office: Nivel Intermedio.
Disponibilidad para trabajar full time de forma 100% presencial de lunes a viernes en nuestra planta ubicada en Victoria , San Fernando, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Será un plus:
Dominio de Autocad (2D).
Conocimientos en Normas GMP.
Preferentemente manejo básico de MS Project y SAP.
Contar con experiencia en PowerBI, data analytics/modelado de datos.
