- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
- Experience developing customer relationships to support product adoption.
- Experience identifying key internal stakeholders to build network and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in TV and digital video solutions, and knowledge of the competitive landscape (e.g. competing platforms).
- Ability to translate client business needs into product adoption opportunities.
- Ability to develop relationships with customers acting as a product Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customers and agencies.
- Excellent communication skills; confidence in tailoring solutions to a variety of audiences (i.e., executive-level technical product management, front-line sales teams, etc.).
The Spanish Latam Products, Solutions and Data team is responsible for bridging the gap between the current and future advertising ecosystem through the best products and solutions to help advertisers grow. Our scope spans across 18+ countries, with main offices in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Miami.
As the part of the Products, Solutions and Data (PSD) brand team, you will work with and get insights into the workings and specifics of all Spanish speaking Latam markets and their largest clients. You will influence the media strategies of these clients. Internally, you will collaborate across Google and understand other functions and teams (e.g., GTM, Product Manager). In this role you will focus on products and solutions within YouTube and the video advertising landscape, including Video AI Branding Solutions. You will be welcome to attend additional trainings to further develop your expertise and add to your current skill set.

- Work across the following Google and YouTube’s video advertising suite of products: video reach campaigns, video view campaigns and creative solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional sales leaders (Account Executives, Sector Leads) to execute annual plans and accelerate sector revenue growth.
- Influence stakeholders, align leadership, product, and Sales teams by framing initiatives around business rationale, advertiser needs, and business opportunities.
- Lead sector-wide Video AI initiatives and communications, ensuring consistent, scaled deployment across client and agency Sales teams.
- Collaborate across measurement and programmatic teams to drive a centralized one video experimentation framework while identifying product gaps.
