Purpose
We are looking for a Social Paid Media Sr Analyst to execute campaigns across Argentina, Brazil, and Peru. Meta is the highest-investment channel in the team's portfolio, and this role will have direct ownership over a meaningful portion of the over USD 10M in annual regional paid media budget. Also driving the growth on Tiktok
You will be part of a broader team that also operates on Google, and programmatic — which means cross-channel context and shared learnings are part of how the team works. The structure is designed to grow: when new markets open, this role absorbs them without starting from scratch.
In this role, you’ll
- Execute and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network) and Tiktok Ads across Argentina, Brazil, and Peru under the Social Paid Media Lead's direction.
- Monitor daily performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement adjustments within agreed guardrails.
- Manage audience segmentation, creative testing, and funnel-level campaign structure.
- Coordinate with the Traffic / Ops Jr. for creative logistics and reporting workflows.
- Contribute to Meta channel strategy discussions and quarterly planning cycles.
- Scale coverage to new markets as they are activated, within the same channel team structure.
What we look for in an exceptional candidate
- 2–4 years of hands-on Meta Ads or Tiktok Ads experience in a performance marketing environment (e-commerce, gaming, fintech, or similar).
- Solid understanding of campaign structure (CBO vs. ABO), audience building (custom, lookalike, interest), and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Conversions API basics.
- Ability to operate autonomously: you can diagnose and act on a performance issue without waiting for direction.
Bonus points if you also have
- Experience operating across multiple LATAM markets simultaneously.
- Intermediate-advanced Portuguese or English language skills.
- Experience in the betting or igaming industries.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads or other social performance channels.
- Basic knowledge of programmatic buying or cross-channel attribution.
