About the Role
Lenovo's Service Management Support Center (SMSC) is looking for a Warranty Claims Specialist to support North America Authorized Warranty Service Providers (AWSP) through operational analysis, claims management, and program support activities.
This role combines customer support, data analysis, and operational problem-solving to ensure accurate claim processing, program compliance, and continuous improvement of service operations.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while working independently in a dynamic environment.

This position is hybrid based in Buenos Aires
What You’ll Do
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze warranty work orders and operational data to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Investigate claim exceptions and support resolution of complex warranty-related issues.

Monitor service provider performance and compliance with program requirements.

Provide guidance and support to Authorized Warranty Service Providers regarding policies, procedures, and portal usage.

Research warranty order status, parts shipments, and claim processing issues.

Maintain data accuracy across systems and ensure proper documentation of activities.

Create and maintain reports and operational tracking tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.

Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization

Provide support via email and phone, with a primary focus on written communication.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress) or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience in customer support, operations, claims management, data analysis, or related fields.

Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) – Mandatory.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and data validation.

Experience working with large datasets, reporting tools, or dashboards is a plus

Familiarity with AI productivity tools (Microsoft Copilot or similar) is desirable.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies.
