We are seeking an experienced teacher with a passion for young learners to join Top English in Buenos Aires!
This is an entry-level leadership role. You do not need prior management experience—we will help train you! If you have mastered the classroom and want to learn how to guide, mentor, and support a teaching team, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

- Ready to Lead: You have excellent organizational skills, positive energy, and a strong desire to develop your leadership abilities.
- Specialized Experience: Preferred: 3+ years of proven experience teaching English to children and young learners.
- Certified Teacher: TEFL/TESOL certificate, CELTA, Education degree, or a certification directly related to English teaching.
- Native-like Speaker: Native speaker OR C2-level speaker with a native-like accent.
- Located in Buenos Aires: Currently living in Buenos Aires and able to commute to our institute.
Schedule & Compensation:
- The Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:45 PM to 9:30 PM. Mornings completely free.
- The Salary: Competitive fixed monthly base teaching salary + a leadership training bonus.
- The Perks: Steady year-round income, paid weekly training hours, and annual paid vacation (last days of December).
What You Will Do (And Learn to Manage!):
- Teaching & Role Modeling: Teach private and small group lessons, serving as a model of teaching excellence and classroom management.
- Teacher Support & Mentorship: Learn how to onboard new hires, support teachers through daily challenges, and step in for emergency class cover.
- Academic Quality Assurance: Gain experience in assessing teaching quality by observing classes, auditing platform reports, and helping to run our weekly training workshops.
- Program Coordination: Organize and update teaching materials in our online library and assist with student placement testing.
- Student & Parent Relations: Develop your skills in conflict resolution by acting as a point of contact for parent communications and behavioral support.
