Your Position:
Responsible for the planning and implementation of changes to the information technology infrastructure within established processes. This role is designed to keep on learning, growing in competence, and developing capabilities needed to operate effectively in this role. Works on medium and high level of complexity infrastructure problems; changes and improvements to existing processes, with autonomy. The role provides infrastructure support at a medium and high level to deliver functionality on a defined portion of a single infrastructure technology. Delivers infrastructure technology for multi-functional business requirements with interrelationship to the overall business process. Receives guidance from Scrum Master or senior team member.
- Design and select storage, data center, network, and client/server environments to design solutions in line with industry best practice and provide a third-line point of escalation for appropriate global infrastructure solutions.

Provide fault isolation and resolution to limit and address issues promptly.

Participate in the development of architecture blueprints for related systems.

Support and contribute to the documentation of "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.

Perform website/applications software tests and respond to user emails to monitor, diagnose, and correct performance issues.

Research and suggest technical developments to improve the quality of the website/portal/software and supporting infrastructure to better meet users’ needs.

Implement required security measures, such as firewalls or message encryption, monitoring performance to notify security experts of any problems.

Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.

Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.
