We are looking for a reliable, organized, bilingual team member to join us as a Customer Support & Operations Assistant. This is a full-time remote role for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, learning new tools, and supporting a growing online business.
We are a small, fast-moving team with a good work culture, flexibility, and a lot of room to grow. At the same time, we value responsibility, clear communication, respect for schedules, and people who take ownership of their work.
About the Role
This role will start mainly with customer support and basic assistance on internal tasks. You will help customers through email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels, while also supporting the team with simple operational, administrative, and e-commerce tasks.
As you learn the business and become more involved, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility and grow within the company.
This is a great fit for someone who is proactive, tech-friendly, organized, and comfortable working remotely with a team.
What You’ll Do
Your main focus will be customer support, but you may also help with assistant and operations tasks.
Responsibilities may include:
- Responding to customer questions through email, WhatsApp, and other channels Helping customers with orders, subscriptions, refunds, tracking, and product questions Following up with customers and warm leads when needed Supporting the team with basic administrative and project tasks Translating or adapting content between English and Spanish Organizing information, files, links, notes, and internal documents Helping with simple research, platform checks, or app-related tasks Supporting hiring processes, such as reviewing applications or organizing candidate information Assisting with basic e-commerce tasks in tools like Shopify, Recharge, Klaviyo, or Replo Helping create or update internal training materials and SOPs Supporting small marketing or content tasks when needed
We are looking for someone who can learn, follow processes, ask good questions, and improve over time.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Fluent or advanced in English and Spanish Available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Available for a short 1-hour Saturday check-in Experienced working remotely Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Comfortable with customer communication Good at following processes and managing information Tech-friendly and able to learn new tools quickly Calm, clear, and professional when speaking with customers Proactive, honest, and willing to grow with the company
Nice to Have
These are not required, but they are a plus:
- Experience in sales or warm lead follow-up Experience with e-commerce brands Familiarity with Shopify, Recharge, Klaviyo, Replo, Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar tools Basic marketing or social media knowledge Experience using AI tools for work Experience organizing SOPs, documents, or internal processes
Schedule
This is a full-time remote role.
The regular schedule is:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
There will also be a short 1-hour Saturday check-in to review anything urgent or keep customer support coverage organized.

Compensation
$700 USD per month, paid monthly.
Sales commissions may also apply when sales are generated through your direct support or follow-up.
