WHAT YOU’LL DO
The HR Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day human resources operations with a primary focus on managing employee lifecycle from onboarding, staff movement, to offboarding. Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager, you will support the Human Resources functions for Mexico and South America. This position can be based in Monterrey, Mexico or Buenos Aires, Argentina. This is a fast-paced position that requires superb communication and organization skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

Support HR operations for Mexico and South America, ensuring seamless execution of regional processes while aligning with global initiatives

Handle a full spectrum of HR administrative support including compensation & benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding procedures, staff movement, and employee engagement

Play an important part in the team responsible for the Employee Experience

Have knowledge in supporting and processing payroll and payroll related functions to include tax filing, retirement fund administration and leave administration

Complete employee data input and maintenance within the company HRIS system, validating that all data entered and maintained within the employee records is accurate and updated, in accordance with company policies and procedures

Generate and analyze HR reports on key metrics, providing insights to support business decisions

Respond to general inquiries about Human Resources forms, procedures and policies

Process and track Employee Bonus Referral Program
- Perform additional tasks, responsibilities, and projects as needed to support the team and organization, ensuring flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and objectives

Clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally

Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Good command of spoken and written English and Spanish

Minimum 3 years Human Resources experiences
Nice-To-Haves:

Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred

Knowledge of Mexico and South America labor laws and regulations preferred
