The Product Manager at ROKO Labs drives product strategy and execution across multiple client engagements, translating client needs into actionable product roadmaps while managing cross-functional teams. Duties include, but are not limited to client research, requirements gathering, project artifact creation, and project management of the engagement. A successful Product Manager will build relationships with his/her clients and manage the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.
Responsabilities:
Drive product evolution by responding to client needs and proactively identifying opportunities based on industry trends and competitive analysis;
Manage the high-level strategic direction of several major initiatives defined by clients and drive execution and delivery across several multi-disciplinary teams;
Translating client feedback/requests into product ideas;
Participate in discussions with clients, users, third-party vendors, data source providers, business SMEs and other parties as necessary to gather product requirements;
Analyze usage statistics and other client reporting metrics, the book of business, and operating metrics. Based on the analysis, deliver recommendations to the client for product and process based on analysis;
Liaise with the business owners to ensure the backlogs are appropriately prioritized for all requirements/user stories and development tasks;
Work with the Quality Assurance/Engineering teams to provide user testing and quality assurance on newly developed functionality;
Own and manage sprint planning;
Assist in the development of internal methodologies and process improvements to increase overall efficiency within the organization;
Be both a teacher and student to peers in the organization;
Be a champion for understanding and implementing Roko Labs Playbooks and best practices at your engagement.
Ideal candidate qualifications:
5+ years of related work experience, 2+ in professional services/consulting role;
Clear and concise verbal and written communications;
Excellent active listening skills;
