About the Role
Are you a strategic supply chain leader ready to bridge the gap between logistics operations and commercial growth? As our Customer Engagement Manager in Buenos Aires, you will orchestrate our regional CS&L ecosystem, transforming traditional customer service into collaborative partnerships with global accounts. You will champion the end-to-end supply chain strategy—driving order fulfillment excellence, minimizing the total cost-to-serve, and leading a high-performing regional team that integrates operations with advanced Data, AI & Analytics (DAIA) capabilities. If you are an empathetic negotiator ready to align joint business plans and deliver high-visibility value, this stage is yours!
Responsibilities
Strategic Client Collaboration: Lead collaborative Supply Chain initiatives and Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key accounts, participating in "Top to Top" executive meetings to align business strategies and drive mutual growth.
Operational & Cost Excellence: Oversee regional order fulfillment processes to ensure top-tier customer service KPIs while actively expanding the cost-to-serve model, implementing efficient minimum order quantities, and reducing total logistics costs.
Cross-Functional & CDT Leadership: Guide cross-functional Customer Development Teams (CDT Logistics) and collaborate with Transport and Warehouse operations to optimize responsiveness, inventory availability, and demand planning accuracy.
Data, AI & Innovation: Direct the regional End-to-End Data, AI & Analytics (DAIA) team, leveraging Point of Sale (POS) data and digital tools to future-proof supply chain processes and achieve "Funding the Growth" (FTG) efficiencies.
Talent Development: Foster a high-performing customer service organization by setting clear goals, driving the performance management process, providing continuous coaching, and managing individual development plans.
Required Qualifications

Advanced management of digital workspace tools (Microsoft Office Suite/Excel/PowerPoint and Google Workspace).
Preferred Qualifications
Strong background in customer development, commercial management, and financial acumen within the CPG/FMCG industry.
Deep functional and technical knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory control, warehousing, and transportation management.
Proven track record leading customer supply chain collaboration initiatives and managing client relationship negotiations.
Robust team-building capabilities with experience leading digital transformation and analytics (AI/Data) workforces.
