RESPONSIBILITIES
- Search for and recruit technicians in the US (installers, cablers, network technicians) via Facebook, job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Coordinate existing technicians: assign projects and check availability
- Find outside subcontractors when our own team is not available
- Maintain and update the technician database
- Daily communication with the team and technicians in English

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in recruiting or HR (minimum 1 year)
- Conversational English — spoken and written
- Availability during the schedule listed above
- Stable internet connection and your own computer
- Organized, proactive, able to work independently without constant supervision

- Experience working with US or European companies
- Knowledge of the construction, telecom, or IT industry
- Experience coordinating or dispatching technical staff
