As a Records & Info Management - Project Coordinator - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role within our Business Services practice, focusing on risk and compliance. You will be instrumental in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for the firm, providing advice and solutions to help navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity. This role requires you to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will support project governance by maintaining project plans, tracking milestones and deliverables, monitoring risks, coordinating meetings and communications, preparing project reporting and developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and managing projects related to records and information management within the Ethics and Compliance domain
- Conducting compliance risk assessments and developing risk management programs to mitigate potential issues
- Overseeing compliance program implementation and conducting compliance reviews to maintain adherence to ethical standards
- Analyzing complex regulatory landscapes to provide advice and solutions for enhancing internal controls, and utilizing analytical thinking to make recommendations
- Navigating complex situations and growing personal skills and awareness of strengths
- Anticipating the needs of teams to deliver quality outcomes
- Embracing change and using moments of ambiguity as opportunities for growth
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
