Your impact
This position is responsible for manage the service area and support technical issues in Center and North region of Argentina.
The service coordinator is a link between factory and dealers, bringing issues from the field to be treat internally, into the factory. On the other hand, this person is responsible for take the technical solutions from the factory to the dealer and customers.
This position involves interacting right where it's needed most: out in the field, with customers, distributors, and machines on-site, offering hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and tips to get the most out of the equipment and keep customers happy.
Your experience and qualifications
Graduated in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanics, Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
Experience in agriculture, agricultural machinery, or industrial/heavy equipment environments.
Strong knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and hydraulics, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Ability to provide technical support, troubleshoot equipment, and manage cases reported through technical support channels.
Experience using diagnostic tools and performing repairs, maintenance, and technical assessments of machinery.
Comfortable working in the field, visiting customers and dealers regularly, and providing hands-on support and coaching.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical workshops and act as a liaison between customers, dealers, and the factory.
