About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Team Assistant to support leadership and customer-facing teams in a fast-paced, global environment. This role combines executive support, customer coordination, meeting and event planning, and general business administration.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate activities across multiple time zones.

Support customer-facing teams by handling inquiries, coordinating requests, and ensuring timely follow-up.

Organize domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.

Coordinate meetings, workshops, webinars, and events, including logistics and communications.

Assist with presentations, reports, and business documentation.

Support onboarding activities and maintain team processes and documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Provide professional administrative support to leaders and stakeholders.

Support onboarding activities for new team members by sharing knowledge, processes, and best practices.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Qualifications
-
Excellent English language skills (written and verbal) are required and will be a significant factor in the selection process.

2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Customer Support, or similar role.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
