As a Billing & Collections Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing financial strategies and planning within our Finance practice. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, developing strategies for billing and collections, and supporting the financial health of the organization. As a Specialist, you will provide specialized advice, handle technical tasks, and conduct in-depth analyses to support specific projects. You will be expected to adapt to a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and consistently deliver quality results that drive value and contribute to the team's success.

Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed balance sheet and cash flow analysis to support financial strategy and planning
- Developing financial models and forecasts to guide strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for profitability management and risk mitigation
- Presenting financial reports and insights to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
- Supporting financial budgeting and policy development to align with organizational goals
- Managing escalation processes to address financial discrepancies and validate timely resolution
- Utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial performance and drive improvements
- Collaborating with teams to enhance financial management practices and optimize resource allocation
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices
What You Must Have
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative/billing tasks.
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.

- Preference for a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Economics
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Utilizing financial forecasting and budgeting skills
