Position Summary:
We are looking for a full-time drafter or technician with a strong background in architectural and electrical drafting, who also brings solid computer and technical skills. You should be fluent in working with PDFs (especially Adobe Acrobat) and capable of managing digital drawings with speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and draft architectural and electrical plans
- Edit and organize PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams on project deliverables
- Maintain high attention to detail and quality control
- Organize files and ensure proper documentation
- Adapt and grow with the evolving needs of the company
Requirements:
- Experience in architectural and electrical drafting
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with Adobe PDF tools
- Familiarity with CAD or similar design software is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Serious, professional, and committed work ethic
- Desire to grow within a team and contribute to long-term success
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of construction documents and permitting processes
- Prior experience in architectural or engineering offices
- Understanding of lighting or electrical layouts is a bonus
