About the Role:
The North American BDR team stands as a crucial, high-impact pillar within our global sales development structure. Following an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced, strategic, and people-first BDR Team Lead/Manager to lead our dedicated NAM team, based in Buenos Aires.
In this role, you will inherit, lead, and scale a high-potential pod of 5 dedicated North American Business Development Representatives. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Sales Development (Head of Department) working closely with regional Account Executives and Sales Manager leadership to maximize H2 and 2026 pipeline and bookings potential.
This is a player-coach role, where you will also carry your own quota. This is a role in which you are given immense trust, responsibility, autonomy. We are looking for someone who loves building processes,coaching talent from the ground up, and directly shaping the go-to-market
engine rather than just monitoring metrics.
Your responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Coaching: Actively manage, mentor, and upskill a pod of 5 NAM BDRs.
Conduct 1:1s, coaching, and continuous professional development sessions to convert raw talent into high-performing future sellers.
Who you are:
Experience coaching and mentoring teams, either formally or informally, with the ability to report effectively to senior leadership.
Proven experience as an outbound SaaS BDR, ideally targeting North American B2B markets.
Strong tactical understanding of full-cycle prospecting and cold outreach strategies.
Experience leveraging multi-channel outreach methods, including phone, email, social media, and video.
Familiarity with qualification frameworks such as BANT and MEDDPICC.
Solid understanding of pipeline management and sales velocity principles.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Capable of working independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
