Purpose
We are looking for a Google Ads Sr Analyst to join the channel team, working under the direction of the Google Lead. This role is responsible for the hands-on execution of Google campaigns across Argentina, Brazil, and Peru — Search, Display, UAC, and YouTube — within a broader paid media operation that also runs Meta, TikTok, and programmatic.
The structure is built to scale: as new markets are activated, this role absorbs them without structural change. The team manages over USD 10M in annual regional investment, and your work will have direct impact on that number.
In this role, you’ll
- Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, UAC, Display, YouTube) across Argentina, Brazil, and Peru under the direction of the Google Lead.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, flag anomalies, and implement tactical adjustments.
- Work with the Traffic / Ops Jr. to manage asset logistics and reporting workflows.
- Contribute to A/B testing of creatives, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
- Collaborate with the Google Lead and the Senior Paid Manager on channel strategy and quarterly planning.
- Absorb coverage of new markets as they are activated, within the same channel structure.
What we look for in an exceptional candidate
- 2–4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience in a performance marketing context (e-commerce, betting, fintech, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience managing campaigns in Search and at least one of: UAC, Display, or YouTube.
- Solid understanding of bidding strategies, Quality Score, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager basics.
- Ability to read and act on performance data independently.
Bonus points if you also have
- Experience operating across multiple LATAM markets simultaneously.
- Intermediate-advanced Portuguese or English language skills.
- Familiarity with betting or gaming industry attribution models.
- Google Ads certification.
- Basic knowledge of programmatic buying or cross-channel attribution.
