Summary
Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Platform Architect to lead architecture across a complex, multi-cloud engagement ecosystem centered on Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud. This role is responsible for defining and governing scalable, secure, and compliant solutions spanning Salesforce, AWS (Amazon Connect), Azure-based platforms, and third-party SaaS systems. The architect will ensure alignment between business objectives, platform capabilities, and engineering execution while establishing enterprise-wide standards, reusable patterns, and long-term platform strategy. This role operates within a regulated, patient-focused environment, requiring strong expertise in data governance, security, and AI-enabled solution design.
