Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end delivery of complex software and AI-enabled products

Lead distributed engineering teams across LATAM on multiple technologies and domains

Leverage AI-powered engineering practices to improve quality, velocity, predictability, and customer outcomes

Transform traditional delivery models into AI-first operating models

Partner with customers to understand business goals and translate them into technology strategies

Engage executives and stakeholders to shape roadmaps and transformation initiatives

Help clients adopt AI capabilities responsibly and effectively

Connect technology decisions with measurable business impact

Mentor and develop engineers, architects, and technical leaders

Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation

Promote AI fluency across teams and encourage innovative ways of working

Build organizations that combine human expertise with AI capabilities

Ensure architectural quality, scalability, reliability, and engineering best practices

Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Principal Engineers

Promote DevOps, platform engineering, and modern cloud-native practices

Encourage AI-assisted development and intelligent automation

Incorporate GenAI tools, agents, copilots, and automation into engineering workflows

Optimize SDLC processes using AI-enabled practices to reach AI SDLC standards

Improve productivity, knowledge sharing, and operational efficiency

Drive continuous innovation across programs and teams
Requirements

8+ years leading software delivery programs and technical teams
-
Experience managing cross-functional and distributed organizations
-
Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development capabilities
-
Ability to create clarity in complex and rapidly changing environments
-
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
-
Knowledge of modern software architectures, microservices, and Platform Engineering and DevOps practices

Understanding of Agile and product-centric delivery models
-
Familiarity with data and analytics ecosystems, and AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, or MLOps initiatives
-
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Ability to connect technology strategy with business outcomes
-
Experience managing risks, budgets, and delivery governance
-
Genuine enthusiasm for AI and its impact on engineering, with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning

English proficiency at B2 level or higher
