Concierge Diagnostics, a leading diagnostic medical imaging company based in South Florida, is seeking a Virtual Medical Receptionist to join our team. Since 2014, we have proudly served some of the most prestigious private medical practices and VIP patients across South Florida.
We are looking for a dependable, experienced, and enthusiastic medical professional to fill this part-time role. The position requires availability Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET, with occasional half-day Saturdays as needed.

Pay: Starting $4.00 USD / hourly with bi-annual and annual increases. Position is full-time.
PHONE DUTIES / RESPONSABILITIES
· Answer In-Bound Phone Calls
· Add New Patients into system
· Schedule & Confirm Patient Appointments
· Scan Documents into patient's chart.
· Explain procedures, time, and cost to patients
· Provide notes/documentations for billing office
· Acquire Dr’s script if needed
· Including other projects as needed
The right candidate will be interviewed, hired and be provided a paid trained period of two weeks. This position is virtual and does not require any travel. Ethical home working conditions are preferred.
