We're looking for a detail-oriented AI SDR Operations Assistant to help manage and process responses generated by our AI-powered outbound system.
This is a highly operational role focused on following predefined processes and taking actions through Slack. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Review and process inbound responses generated by our AI SDR.
Follow internal instructions and workflows to determine the appropriate action.
Use Slack-based tools and bots to route, categorize, or respond to conversations.
Execute predefined actions within Slack workflows.
Escalate unusual cases when needed.
Keep records accurate and ensure workflows are completed on time.
Strong attention to detail.
Good written English skills.
Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
Highly organized and reliable.
Comfortable working full-time in a remote environment.
Previous experience in operations, virtual assistance, customer support, administrative support, or data entry is a plus.
Experience using Slack.
Familiarity with AI tools.
Experience supporting sales, lead generation, or outbound teams.
Responses are processed accurately and promptly.
Workflows are completed consistently.
Escalations are handled appropriately when needed.
Internal operations run smoothly and efficiently.
