Listo is a real-time operations platform for large venues, stadiums, arenas, and hospitality environments. We help frontline teams and operators coordinate faster, respond to issues in real time, and improve the guest experience during high-volume events.
- ROI models. Build ROI models and business cases for customer rollouts.
- Data analysis. Analyze large operational datasets to identify trends, patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
- Impact reports. Create customer-facing impact reports that explain the value Listo is delivering.
- Before vs. after. Compare pre-rollout and post-rollout performance wherever data is available.
- Metrics design. Define the right metrics: customer success, operational efficiency, staff performance, response times, task completion, and adoption.
- Cross-functional. Partner with Product and Engineering to improve tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
- Internal tools. Build internal tools, templates, and frameworks for repeatable ROI analysis.
- Customer calls. Speak directly with US-based customers to collect assumptions, validate data, and present findings.
- Sales enablement. Support Sales and Customer Success with quantified value stories and customer-specific business cases.
- 4+ years as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar
- Strong experience analyzing business or operational data
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets + solid SQL skills
- Proven experience building ROI models, business cases or impact reports
- Advanced English — written and spoken (client calls with U.S. teams)
- Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS or with enterprise customers
- BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, or similar
- Background in hospitality, stadiums, workforce management, field operations, logistics, or facilities
- Experience creating executive-level reports or customer-facing presentations
- Prior work with Customer Success or Sales teams
