We are currently looking for:
Full-time Operations Coordinator, who will be located in our Buenos Aires Office (Av. Sta Fe & Carlos Pellegrini).
Role:
- Handle operations for our groups in Chile, Argentina and Uruguay to achieve over 90% Customer Satisfaction.
Position Responsibilities:
- Book services & Hotels for group series in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.
- Manage inventory by checking for cancellations and send all vendors final rooming/cabin lists & pax numbers.
- Coordinate meet and greet and arrival/departure airport services for all programs in Buenos Aires.
- Local guides assignment for all season (BA-BRC-FTE).
- Support with 24/7 on-site operational issues.
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- English language-Fluent in both reading & writing.
- Previous experience in operations is preferred.
- Highly organized, detail oriented and good problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated: Able to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to react in a fast paced and changing environment while not losing focus on priorities
