Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Embroidery Digitizer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills along with hands-on experience in embroidery digitizing and machine-ready file preparation. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling brand assets, apparel graphics, and high-quality embroidery production files for commercial use.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create professional logo designs and complete branding & identity systems
- Develop vector illustrations and print-ready artwork
- Design apparel graphics for t-shirts, caps, uniforms, and merchandise
- Produce engaging social media creatives and marketing visuals
- Prepare production-ready print files with attention to color accuracy and layout consistency
Embroidery Digitizing
- Convert artwork into high-quality embroidery files using Chroma
- Create and export embroidery files in DST, PES, and EXP formats
- Perform cap embroidery digitizing and specialized embroidery setups
- Configure appliqué embroidery and 3D puff embroidery designs
- Optimize stitch paths for clean execution and reduced production time
- Map thread colors accurately according to production requirements
- Deliver machine-ready embroidery files compatible with industrial embroidery machines
